Sometimes life is not easy.
Things don’t go the way we want. Bad days come. People hurt us. We feel sad, lonely, or tired.

But when we look at nature, we learn something.
The seasons always change. A seed grows into a tree. Flowers bloom and fall. Rain comes, and the sun shines again.
Life is just like that.
Good times and bad times, Happiness and sadness, Meetings and goodbyes — all are natural.
When we try to fight everything, it makes us tired. But when we accept it, we feel a little better. And in that moment, hope is born.

Acceptance does not mean giving up.
It means saying,
"It’s okay. This is life. I can move forward."
Sometimes it’s okay to cry. It’s okay to rest. Slowly, you will find light in your heart again.
Meditation helps us see our feelings clearly. We can look at our sadness, anger, or worry and let them go. Then, our hearts become light and peaceful.

Acceptance is hope. When you accept yourself and your life, small, warm hope will start to grow.
Take a moment today.
Look at the sky.
Close your eyes.
And feel thankful for this one beautiful life.
The seasons teach us this.
No winter stays forever.
After cold, there’s warmth.
After night, there’s morning.
