Sharing a Small Warmth

When we are busy with piles of work, chasing after our roles and responsibilities, our hearts can grow cold, just like the chilly night air.

In those moments, where do you find warmth again?

We feel warmth in a playful yet kind text message, in a bright smile when our eyes meet, and even in a single word of care from someone else. It doesn’t have to be fancy words or a grand gift. In small acts of kindness and small hearts, we learn about love and keep our warmth alive.

Perhaps blooming warmth around us starts with the "small heat" that we offer first today. When winter comes, the earth quietly embraces the tiny, huddling sprouts and helps them bloom when spring arrives. Even if they don't bloom right away, even if they are curled up tight, I want to be a person who waits for them and holds them quietly, even when it’s not visible.

Autumn is just around the corner, but hope the warmth stays in everyone's heart for a long time.
